Q: I do not see a stock finish that will go with my interior. Can you provide custom finishes?

Q: Can I provide my own finish?
A: Yes, you can finish yourself. Just order "Raw Steel No Finish"
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Only customers with ship to addresses located in Washington State will be charged Washington State sales tax. The rest of U.S. no sales tax.
Q: Are all of your products made in the United States?
A: Yes, all of our products are 100% handcrafted at our shop located in Auburn, Washington USA.
Q: Do you have contractor pricing?

Q: Is there longer lead time on custom colors and finishes?
A: Not usually for most custom colors and finishes. Some might require additional lead time to have the powder coat or paint manufactured and shipped to us.
Q: Why does it take 10 business days to ship my order?
A: All products are "Made-to Order". Truly handmade products take time and care to manufacture. The lead time allows us to ensure a quality product for the customer.
