30-Day Refund / Return Policy
For any reason our customers may return or exchange product within 30 days of receipt.
- Product must be in new condition.
- No used or damaged items will qualify for return.
- A 15% handling / restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
- A 5% handling / restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges.
- Only stock colors and finishes can be returned or exchanged. Custom colors and finishes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order is Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Parts or Defective
- If an order arrives damaged / incorrect / missing parts or defective please call or Email customer care within 7 days of receipt.
- Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return. Refunds will be refunded back to the customers original method of payment. All customer incurred costs will be deducted from customer refund.
- Please repackage product in the same packaging and box(s) that they came in. If that is not possible repackage product in equivalent packaging and box(s) to insure safe shipment.
- Customer returns or exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Damaged product / incorrect order, due to manufacturer error / missing parts or defective product, manufacturer will pay for shipping costs.
