      30-Day Refund / Return Policy

      For any reason our customers may return or exchange product within 30 days of receipt.

      • Product must be in new condition.
      • No used or damaged items will qualify for return.
      • A 15% handling / restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
      • A 5% handling / restocking fee will be applied to all exchanges.
      • Only stock colors and finishes can be returned or exchanged. Custom colors and finishes cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Order is Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Parts or Defective

      • If an order arrives damaged / incorrect / missing parts or defective please call or Email customer care within 7 days of receipt. 

      Refunds

      • Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.  Refunds will be refunded back to the customers original method of payment.  All customer incurred costs will be deducted from customer refund.

      Packaging

      • Please repackage product in the same packaging and box(s) that they came in. If that is not possible repackage product in equivalent packaging and box(s) to insure safe shipment.

      Shipping

      • Customer returns or exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
      • Damaged product / incorrect order, due to manufacturer error / missing parts or defective product, manufacturer will pay for shipping costs.
